This month, your favourite QUIVORIANS are humming with fun & style as they bring on the festive cheers with its fantastical ‘All That Glitters’ theme.
Available throughout the month of December, our “All That Glitters Festive Treats” menu will showcase an array of tantalizing drinks & desserts that are perfect for this special time of the year. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Year’s Eve will focus on a specially curated set menu, where you will have a choice between 3 and 4 course meal with complimentary amuse bouche.
Combining classic festive flavours with local, seasonal ingredients, QUIVO’s progressive and inviting thematic set menu will bring your holiday spirit to life with dazzling style. Be spoiled for choices as we bring you a diverse selection of rich, scrumptious, and succulent dishes that are full of quintessential holiday flavours, ranging from the Roasted Beef Tenderloin & Mushroom Risotto, Boston Lobster with Thermidor Sauce, Pan-Seared Barramundi with Sautéed Clam Broth, to the Turkey Breast with Apple Chestnut Stuffing. End the merry feast with some indulgent sweet treats, where you will have a choice between the decadent Festive Yule Log and the delightful Poached Vanilla Meringue with Strawberry Salsa.
